- A checklist for every roomEach room gets the usual prep tasks, from clearing counters to fresh towels, plus your own notes.
- One link for the sellerThe seller gets the home now and after in 3D, your notes and a checklist they can tick off and print.
- Same plan, more usesUse the same plan for virtual staging, room sizes and the listing’s 3D tour.

Common questions
How do I help a seller prepare their home for sale?
Walk the home with the seller, then recreate the main rooms here with their furniture. Mark what stays for photos and showings, what to pack and store, what to sell or donate and what to throw away, add notes, and send them the link. They see the result in 3D and get a printable checklist.
How much storage will the seller need?
Pieces marked to store are added up by their size, and the total is matched to a common storage unit size. It’s a rough guide: boxes of smaller things aren’t counted.
Who can see the seller’s plan?
Only you, until you get the seller’s link. Anyone with that link can see the furniture, your notes and the checklist, so send it only to the seller, and turn the link off when you’re done.
Can I stage the home after?
Yes. Open the same plan in 3D Virtual Staging to fill empty rooms, or in the Floor Plan Maker to make the listing’s floor plan and 3D tour.
These use the same saved floor plans as the 3D Floor Plan Maker.
