Common questions
Is the design studio free?
Yes. Any agent with a free OfferBacked account can make and download designs and keep up to 10 saved. Free downloads have a small “Made with OfferBacked” mark in a corner. Agents with a Spotlight or Directory ad can save up to 200 designs, download without the mark, and save their brand colors and logo.
Can I print the flyers and postcards?
Yes. Download a PDF at the printed size at 300 dpi. If your printer asks for bleed, tick “Add 1/8 inch bleed” and the edges are extended for trimming. Keep text inside the dashed safe area.
What should I keep off a postcard back?
The right half of a postcard back is for the mailing address, postage and the postal barcode. The postcard designs mark that area so you can keep it clear; check your printer’s or the Postal Service’s current layout rules before mailing.
Can I use any photo?
Use photos you took or have permission to use. Listing photos are often owned by the photographer, and other agents’ listing photos usually need their permission. Your brokerage may also require its name on all advertising.
What does the Fair Housing check do?
It looks for words and phrases that can suggest a preference for or against people based on protected characteristics, explains why, and suggests a rewrite. It is a helpful check, not legal advice, and it doesn’t read text inside photos.
Where are my uploads kept?
Photos you upload are kept with your account so your designs can use them, and you can delete them at any time. Deleting your OfferBacked account deletes your designs and uploads.
