Free 360° Photo Tour From iPhone Panoramas

What it does
- Your iPhone is the cameraTake a panorama in each room with the Pano setting in the Camera app. No 360° camera, tripod or app needed, though 360° camera photos work too.
- Pinned on the floor planClick the plan where you stood and turn the photo to face the right way, so every room is in its place.
- Look around in every roomBuyers drag to look around, pinch or scroll to zoom, or move their phone to look the way it points.
- Room to roomArrows in each photo lead to the nearby rooms, and the small floor plan shows where you are and which way you’re looking.
- Photos inside the 3D homeThe same link has the floor plan and the 3D walk-through. Walking through in 3D, a “360° view” box stands where each photo was taken: click it to look around the real room, then close it and keep walking.
- Embed it anywherePut the tour on your website or a listing site with the embed code, or show it on a tablet at the open house.

Common questions
How do I make a 360° tour with an iPhone?
Open the Camera, swipe to Pano, stand where a buyer would stand walking into the room, and turn slowly on the spot with the phone upright, keeping the arrow on the line. Go all the way round, or stop early. Take one in each room, then make or import the listing’s floor plan here, upload the panoramas and click the plan where you took each one.
Is it a real 3D model of the home?
The photos are real, and the floor plan and 3D walk-through are drawn from the plan. Each panorama is shown from the spot where it was taken, so buyers can look around but not walk freely between photo spots; arrows take them to the next room. In the 3D walk-through, a “360° view” box marks each photo spot, so buyers can switch from the drawing to the real room and back.
Do I need a 360° camera?
No. Phone panoramas look around the room from side to side. A 360° camera (one whose photos are twice as wide as they’re tall) also lets buyers look up at the ceiling and down at the floor.
How many photos can I add?
Free accounts keep up to 40 panorama photos across their floor plans, and Spotlight and Directory agents up to 400. Photos are made smaller in your browser before they’re uploaded, so large panoramas are fine.
Who can see the photos?
Only you, until you turn on the plan’s share link. Anyone with the link, or on a site where you put the embed code, can see them. Turn the link off to stop sharing, and delete a photo or the plan to remove the photos for good. Get the seller’s permission, leave people out of the photos, and follow your MLS’s rules for tours.
These use the same saved floor plans as the 3D Floor Plan Maker.
