Open House 3D Kiosk

Put the listing’s 3D walk-through on a tablet at your open house. It fills the screen, tours the home on its own when no one’s using it, resets for the next visitor, and shows a QR code so buyers can take the tour home.

What it does

Common questions

How do I set up an open house kiosk?

Make the listing’s floor plan in the 3D Floor Plan Maker (or import it), turn on its share link, then open the kiosk here on the tablet. Tap Full screen, and use Guided Access on an iPad or screen pinning on Android so visitors stay in the tour. Keep the tablet plugged in.

What do visitors see?

The home in 3D with buttons to walk through, look around, see the floor plan and switch floors. When no one’s touching it, it tours the home on its own, and a QR code lets visitors open the tour on their phone.

Does it collect sign-ins?

No. For open house sign-ins, use the open house mode in the Real Estate Flipbook Maker. Many agents run the sign-in on one tablet and the 3D kiosk on another.

Does the kiosk need Wi-Fi?

It needs a connection to load the tour. Once it’s loaded it keeps running, but a connection is best so it can reload if the tablet sleeps.
