Free housing market widgets
Live, always-current boxes for agent sites, blogs and local news: a ZIP code’s market, the hottest ZIP codes, this week’s mortgage rate and a payment calculator. Copy the code, paste it into your page, and it updates itself.
Good to know
- The widgets are free for any website, including real estate agent and brokerage sites.
- They don’t use cookies or track your visitors, and they don’t slow your page down: each loads on its own only when someone scrolls to it.
- The JavaScript version sizes itself to fit and only adds the widget inside its own box; it doesn’t read or change anything else on your page. If your site builder removes scripts, choose “iframe only”.
- On sites that add content after the page loads, call
OfferBackedWidgets.load()after adding a widget box. - Data updates automatically: market data monthly from Redfin, mortgage rates weekly from Freddie Mac.
- Please keep the source line under the widget. It credits the data and links back to the full page.
