A 15-year fixed-rate second loan at 2% interest for down payment and closing costs. It is only available with the Fund's Homeownership or Movin' Up first mortgages. As a 15-year amortizing loan it is repaid, not forgiven.

Who qualifies: Must meet the Homeownership Program requirements (primarily lower-income first-time buyers; buyers in targeted counties or with no ownership in 3 years qualify) or the Movin' Up Program requirements (moderate-income first-time or repeat buyers). Income limits apply. Credit requirements per the Fund's first mortgage programs.
