MBOH Plus 0% Deferred Down Payment Assistance Program

A 0% interest, 30-year second mortgage with no monthly payments, paired with an MBOH 30-year fixed first mortgage. It is due on sale or transfer of the home, or on refinance or payoff of the first loan. Not forgiven.

Who qualifies: Household income limit $80,000 for 1-2 people and $90,000 for 3 or more (lower than Bond Advantage). Minimum credit score 620 and maximum DTI 45% for all borrowers. Homebuyer education required. Minimum $1,000 cash investment (may be gifted).
