A 0% second loan with no monthly payments, due when you sell, refinance or pay off the first mortgage. Comes with a Maryland Mortgage Program first mortgage. With the $6,000 version, help from an approved employer, builder or community partner is matched up to $2,500. Repeat buyers can use the Flex versions.
