Georgia Dream Homeownership Program

A 0% second loan with no monthly payments, due when you sell, refinance or stop living in the home. Used with a Georgia Dream first mortgage. Georgia Dream Peach Plus waives the first-time buyer rule and allows higher incomes and prices, with 3.5% up to $10,000 (or 4% up to $12,500).
